I eat half a dozen of these the second they are off the baking sheet.
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (more is always better)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Blend softened butter and sugars first, until incorporated and tasty looking. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients. Finally, add the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful on either a non-stick or greased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until slightly browned. Makes about 4 dozen.
Immediately share with friends or you will eat ALL the cookies and feel fat. Fat and oh so very happy.
